Qualifications

Communicate with customers via phone Giving full attention to what the customer’s needs are, asking questions, and directing the conversation Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities Strong verbal and written communications Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively High school diploma or equivalent.

1 to 2 years’ customer service experience preferred Must pass drug screening Must pass criminal background check
