Customer Experience Agent (Dutch Speaking)

Earn €17.74 per hour in a flexible 24–40-hour Customer Experience role at our Amsterdam HQ. We’re looking for fluent Dutch and English speakers who can work at least 24 hours per week, including 8 hours over the weekend. You’ll help Dutch-speaking MR MARVIS customers with everything from product questions to returns, across email, phone, chat and social media.

It’s a practical, customer-focused role that can work well alongside your studies or training. You’ll have the freedom to solve problems thoughtfully while sharing customer feedback that helps us improve. What you'll do

Daily customer support via email, phone, chat and social media Look for creative ways to delight our customers and go beyond industry standards Processing returns and reviews on Trustpilot or other portals Be the voice of the customer by improving the customer experience in close cooperation with a well-coordinated team and provide customer feedback to the company What you'll bring You currently live in the Netherlands and are eligible to work here Highly proficient in spoken as well as written Dutch and English You are available at least 24 hours per week, including at least 8 hours regularly during the weekend.
