Create a customer friendly environment utilizing exemplary customer service skills; greet patients upon entry to medical office, obtain all pertinent demographic information from patients and family members; schedule appointments and surgical procedures, verify eligibility and obtain pre-certifications for all procedures requiring pre-certification.

Supports the practice answering a multi-line phone system and calls back patients and scheduling follow ups.
