Job Skills / Requirements Allstate Security is hiring Event Security Officers for temporary assignments at concerts and special events throughout the Los Angeles area. Help create a safe, welcoming experience for guests through attentive security coverage, clear communication, and professional customer service. Pay & Assignment Details Pay: $23.

00–$26.00 per hour. Employment type: Temporary / Seasonal, event-based assignments. Schedules and work locations vary by event. Availability may include daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Specific event locations, shift times, and assignment details will be discussed during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

Assist with bag checks and entry screening according to event procedures. Monitor assigned areas, entrances, and access points. Support crowd control and assist guests with courteous directions. Provide VIP escorts when assigned. Follow site post orders and event security procedures. Report safety concerns and respond calmly and professionally to incidents.

Coordinate with event supervisors and the security team.

Qualifications

Active California BSIS Guard Card. Availability for event assignments and reliable transportation to assigned locations in the Los Angeles area. Professional appearance, dependable attendance, and strong customer service skills. Ability to communicate clearly in English and prepare written reports. Ability to complete required pre-employment screening and Guard Card verification.
