QC & Hygiene Engineer Specialist.

Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining high hygiene and quality standards across the factory, ensuring compliance with GMP and QA requirements, and preventing microbiological contamination and foreign object hazards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor factory hygiene and ensure compliance with QA and GMP standards. * Conduct daily pre-operational checks to identify hygiene and foreign object hazards. * Monitor employees’ personal hygiene and GMP compliance. * Ensure production areas are clean and safe for operation. * Inspect and release production areas after maintenance activities.

• Maintain hygiene and quality records and submit required reports. * Train and guide employees on hygiene, GMP, and food safety practices. * Report and follow up on hygiene and quality non-conformities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Agriculture, or a related field. * 6 months to 2 years of experience in QC, Hygiene, or Food Safety, preferably in a food manufacturing environment. * Good knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards. * Strong observation and communication skills. * Resident of 10th of Ramadan, Zagazig, or Belbeis
