Building Maintenance for KLD

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Person to help maintain a fully occupied 6-story building.

Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day maintenance and repairs. Check the building regularly and make sure everything is clean and in good condition. Oversee and follow up on maintenance tasks. Identify and address issues before they become bigger problems. Work with vendors when needed. Once a week, visit another property to check the building, take care of small maintenance items, and make sure the property is clean and up to standard.

Keep common areas and the overall property looking well-maintained.

Requirements

Reliable and punctual. Good attention to detail. Able to work independently. Basic maintenance and repair skills. Takes pride in keeping a property clean and well-maintained. Good communication skills.
