RN Hospice Crisis Care - Nights

Empath Trustbridge Hospice, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide Continuous Care overnight visits for patients and families in Palm Beach County. This role is ideal for an RN who thrives in one-on-one patient care and finds purpose in delivering comfort, dignity, and peace during life’s most vulnerable moments. Your shift would be: 7pm - 7:30am and every other weekend.
