QUALIFICATIONS

& RESPONSIBLITIES Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads. Outside sales, inside sales, B2B, or door-knocking experience a PLUS! Highly motivated to achieve personal and company goals. Desire and drive to make money and be successful. Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand product or service needs; identify and suggest products and services to meet those needs.

Ability to close significant transactions by meeting face-to-face with potential or existing customers. Excellent customer relationship-building skills, solid interpersonal skills, and a willingness to change or face difficult situations. You must be able to perform basic math and perform daily tasks from an iPad or smartphone.

REQUIREMENTS

Comfortable working for 100% commission. A high school diploma or equivalent GED is preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check. Must have reliable transportation with a good driving record, valid driver’s license, and current vehicle insurance. Weekend and evening availability!

Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
