As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing core HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, employee engagement, and grievance handling. What to expect in your journey

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee documentation and records.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and improve retention.
• Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and effective manner.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor laws.
• Collaborate with other HR and business teams to support organizational goals.
• Provide support in performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Monitor team performance to ensure smooth execution of HR processes and adherence to service delivery standards. What you bring to the table •Minimum 8 years of experience in core HR roles, preferably in a domestic (India-based) environment. •Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
