Sr. Channel Marketing Manager - Starborn

Sr. Channel Marketing Manager Company: Starborn Industries Reports To: Director of Sales Travel: 70%+ Nationwide Position Summary Starborn Industries is seeking a Sr. Channel Marketing Manager to manage and grow relationships with key distribution partners across the United States. This is a highly field-focused position requiring 70%+ travel .

The ideal candidate will be a true “road warrior” who is equally comfortable meeting with customer leadership teams as they are spending multiple days in the field traveling with customers' territory managers and sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with key national and regional distribution partners. Build relationships throughout customer organizations, from executive leadership to field sales teams. Develop and execute account plans focused on sales growth, market penetration, and new opportunities. Travel extensively with customers' territory managers and sales representatives to support joint sales calls and drive demand for Starborn products.

Conduct product training, demonstrations, and sales presentations. Identify opportunities to expand Starborn products into additional branches, markets, and customers. Coordinate new product launches and sales initiatives within assigned accounts. Provide market and competitive feedback to Starborn's Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

Represent Starborn at customer meetings, sales events, and industry trade shows.

Qualifications

5+ years of sales or account management experience, preferably within building materials, construction products, fasteners, or distribution. Experience managing large regional or national accounts preferred. Strong relationship-building, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with both senior executives and field sales teams.

Self-motivated and comfortable independently managing a national customer base. Ability and willingness to travel 70%+ of the time, including frequent overnight travel.
