Our Campus Sales Associate Program is designed for recent graduates, college students entering the workforce, and professionals looking for a new career. What You'll Do

Build relationships with customers both in-person and online.

Respond quickly to internet leads, phone calls, emails, and text inquiries.

Help customers find the Chevrolet, Cadillac, Subaru, or pre-owned vehicle that best fits their needs.

Guide customers through the entire purchase process from introduction to delivery.

Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.

Explain vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and financing options.

Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM system.

Follow up with customers before and after the sale to create lifelong relationships.

Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, incentives, and new vehicle technology.

Participate in ongoing sales training, dealership events, and team meetings.

Work alongside finance and service teams to deliver an exceptional ownership experience.

What We're Looking For

Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

Excellent communication and people skills.

Coachable, competitive, and eager to learn.

Customer service, retail, hospitality, athletics, or sales experience is a plus-but not required.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as part of a rotating schedule.

Comfortable using technology, smartphones, and CRM software.
