Appointment Clerk - Health and Wellness Clinic - FT

The Appointment Clerk is responsible for receiving patients and visitors, determine their needs and directing them accordingly. Ensures complete and correct capture of all needed patient information. Responsible for performing all check-in duties in accordance with practices policies and procedures.

Education and Experience

· High school diploma or equivalent· Preferred minimum 1-year experience working in a physician clinic setting
