Position Overview

The Senior Sales Training & Enablement Specialist helps bring learning to life for our Sales Leaders and independent agents. This role is all about building the knowledge, skills, and confidence people need to succeed, whether that means helping a new agent get off to a strong start, strengthening sales capabilities, or making products and business strategies easier to understand and put into practice.

Working closely with partners across Sales, Marketing, and the organization, this role turns complex information and business priorities into practical, engaging training and resources people can use. Just as importantly, this role listens, learns and continuously evolves our training approach to increase adoption and support consistent execution.
