Personal Supports DSP - Part Time (M)
Job description
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides individualized support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities receiving Personal Supports (PS) services through the Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA). The DSP assists people in achieving greater independence, community integration, personal growth, and self-determination while ensuring their health, safety, and well-being.
The DSP provides support in the person's home and community settings, following the Person-Centered Plan and organizational policies and procedures.
