Cost Accountant – Industrial Sector | Saudi Arabia

The Cost Accountant will be responsible for analyzing production costs, monitoring expenses, and ensuring accurate cost allocation to support financial control, operational efficiency, and profitability.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities: Analyze and monitor production costs, including raw materials, labor, and manufacturing overhead. Prepare cost reports and analyze variances between actual and budgeted costs. Monitor inventory valuation, stock movements, and cost allocation. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control activities.

Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency. Coordinate with production, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost data and reporting. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial procedures.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong knowledge of cost accounting, production costing, and inventory valuation. Experience analyzing cost variances, preparing cost reports, and controlling manufacturing expenses.

Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
