Resident Relations Coordinator Location: Mount Dora, FL 32757 Waterman Village Senior Living Community Waterman Village is a vibrant senior living community located in Mount Dora, FL, dedicated to providing exceptional care and an engaging environment for our residents.

Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time Resident Relations Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in fostering positive relationships with our residents by engaging with them daily and ensuring their needs are met throughout the campus. The ideal candidate will be proactive, compassionate, and skilled in communication and organization.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with residents daily to build strong, trusting relationships and enhance their living experience. Coordinate resident relations activities and respond promptly to resident inquiries and concerns. Assist with transitions and movements of residents around the campus as needed, ensuring safety and comfort. Maintain accurate daily census and track resident status and movements within the community.

Collaborate with other departments to address resident needs and safety requirements. Utilize computer skills to document interactions, update records, and communicate effectively. Work weekends as needed to support resident activities and community needs.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft office, data entry and record keeping. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work weekends as needed. Commitment to resident safety and well-being. Work Environment This position is based within the Waterman Village senior living community campus in Mount Dora, FL.

The role requires mobility around the campus to assist residents and coordinate activities.
