The Role Working with senior consultants within the team, and match the most suitable candidates to different technology positions Carry out initial screening over the phone and arrange face to face meetings to understand the candidate in detail and build rapport Handle full cycle recruitment process, including ad posting, screening CV, shortlisting candidates and salary negotiations Provide market insight, knowledge and updates to candidates and build long term relationships Preparing your candidates for interviews, managing expectations, pre-closing, closing and offering candidates Your Profile Proven experience as Technology Recruitment Consultant (preferrable) Sales/Customer service skills Confident and pleasant personality Well-organized Ability to work with targets Speaks fluent Cantonese and English 1-2 years' experience in recruitment could be considered for more senior title
