Outside Sales Representatives

We are hiring motivated Outside Sales Representatives to engage with homeowners, perform inspections, and close high-value remodeling projects. The best part is, our experienced call center will qualify and set leads for you, which means, we provide you with qualified appointments.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners in the comfort of their home to showcase MODE Renovation products and services.
• Engage homeowners in a professional, friendly manner to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
• Perform shower/ bathroom inspections and assess conditions to support recommendations and provide on-the-spot estimates
• Track daily activity and sales performance to consistently improve close rates
• Work independently, based on your availability
• On-going training as necessary Requirements What We’re Looking For
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to obtain a HIS License
• Must travel to meet with homeowner onsite
• Strong communication skills and a self-motivated attitude
• Comfortable working in a performance-based, commission-driven environment
• Must be available some nights and weekends
• Must be able to lift 20-30 lbs Benefits Why MODE Renovation?
