Assistant Human Resources Manager (HRBP)

In this position, you will: Act as Business Partner role to provide professional HR advice and service to line manager. Conduct end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing to salary negotiation and offering. Work closely with division managers on ER issues, employee communications, manpower planning, employee career development and performance management.

Drive innovation in HR programs and streamline internal procedures to achieve business efficiency. Compile HR analytical reports on a regular basis for management review. Participate in HR projects and programs as assigned. To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements: Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related disciplines At least 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or business partner in sizable companies, preferably from Telecom / ICT industry Well versed of HK employment ordinances Well organized, self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills Strong critical thinking skill, with high sense of responsibility and able to work independently Fluency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin Proficient in MS application, knowledge in using Talent Acquisition Tracking System & IPL is an advantage When you work: 5 days work 8 hours/day What you enjoy: Discretionary Performance bonus Life insurance Medical insurance Education subsidies Birthday gift Marriage leave Birthday leave Staff discount CMHK is committed to be an equal opportunity employer.
