The Economic Development Department’s Real Estate Division is hiring a Program Manager to lead its Real Estate Lease Administration Team. The Real Estate Lease Administration Team administers the City's diverse real estate portfolio with over 520 agreements. The team negotiates, develops, and administers lease agreements and permits for use of City-owned property by profit and non-profit organizations, citywide.
