Daily Responsibilities: Manage asphalt paving crews on roadway construction projects. Coordinate equipment, labor, and materials for maximum efficiency. Ensure paving operations meet project specifications. Monitor production while maintaining quality standards. Conduct toolbox talks and enforces safe work practices. Develop crew members through coaching and training.

Complete required paperwork and production reports. Inspect equipment and schedule repairs when necessary. Work closely with project managers to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

Minimum five years of asphalt paving experience. Two or more years supervising construction crews. Working knowledge of asphalt paving equipment and techniques. Ability to read blueprints and construction plans. Strong leadership and organizational abilities. Valid driver's license. Physical Demands: Work outdoors year-round.
