We have a steady stream of adult clients looking for care. You will not be building a caseload from scratch. We handle the business side. Billing, credentialing, scheduling, and insurance are all taken care of by our administrative team, so your energy goes to your clients. A schedule you build. We ask for two evenings a week until 7 p.

m. or a weekend shift of your choosing. Beyond that, your schedule is yours. Supervision toward licensure. Provisionally licensed clinicians receive supervision as part of the job, from people who want to see you grow. A team that actually supports you. You will not be doing this work alone. Free EMDR consultation. Monthly consultation toward EMDR certification for clinicians who want to pursue it.

Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time, provisionally or fully licensed therapist to provide individual therapy to adults. You will work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, and more, using evidence-based approaches that fit each person. There is room to develop a specialty, and we will support you in building one.

Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based individual therapy to adults. Complete thorough assessments and collaborative treatment plans. Treat concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, and concerns related to neurodivergence. Complete clinical documentation within 24 business hours of each session.

Participate in supervision (if provisionally licensed), team meetings, and group consultation. Marketing Is Encouraged, Never Required If you want to build your professional identity through outreach, a clinical niche, or workshops, we will back you. Requirements

LPC, LSW, or LAMFT (provisional), or LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT (full). Eligible for insurance credentialing (our team manages the process for you). Ability to maintain a full-time caseload of at least 25 clients per week. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Open to feedback, supervision, and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

Training in evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, DBT skills, EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), or Prolonged Exposure (PE). Experience with trauma, including complex trauma. Experience working with neurodivergent adults. Interest in developing a clinical specialty, group, or workshop.

What We Offer

$1500 sign-on bonus. Pay of $42,50 to $55.65 per insurance-billed session for provisionally licensed clinicians and $51.25 to $66.15 for fully licensed clinicians, with clear progression tied to licensure and caseload milestones. Full-time clinicians can expect approximately $63,000 to $82,687.50 annually, plus paid time off.
