Office Locations: Dubai & Abu Dhabi, UAE Service Lines: Audit, Tax, and Advisory Program Overview The Emirati Development Program is designed to support the development of high-potential UAE Nationals at the beginning of their professional journey.

Successful candidates will gain practical experience, participate in structured learning and development programs, and work alongside experienced professionals on a variety of client engagements. The program provides exposure to different industries, professional services, and emerging technologies, helping participants build both technical and professional capabilities for long-term career success.

Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.

Strong academic record. Successful completion of assessments and interviews. For male candidates, completion of UAE National Service is preferred where applicable.
