Automotive Sales Specialist

Description of the role: As an Automotive Sales Associate at Smithtown Nissan and Infiniti, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding their ideal vehicle and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle needs
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
• Negotiate sales prices and complete paperwork for vehicle purchases
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of automotive industry and vehicle features
• Valid driver's license
