Procurement & Logistics Specialist

Our Client operates a network of 160 galleries around the world and is actively looking for a procurement and logistics manager based in Krakow. Your mission: You will be responsible for ensuring the right stock levels in the warehouses and galleries within your scope. You will be able to anticipate flows to guarantee the right stock at the right time in the right place.

You will work in close collaboration with the Openings, Marketing and Retail departments. Your main responsibilities will include Procurement : Management of a portfolio of galleries: Analysis of sales and definition of supply quantities per gallery; Monitoring stock levels and analyzing inventory discrepancies; Definition of a delivery schedule and follow-up; Management of transport disputes; Purchasing : Supplier portfolio management: negotiation, purchasing, order tracking, stock level control; Sourcing new suppliers: calls for tender, studies, setting up partnerships; Warehouse inventory management: monitoring stock levels, purchasing, inter-warehouse transfers; Analytical: budget construction, sales and stock coverage analyses, implementation of a 6/12 month purchasing strategy.

The missions entrusted to the Procurement & Purchasing Officer are missions of commitment and responsibility, the list of which cannot be exhaustive. Wymagania With a degree in Supply Chain, you have significant experience in a similar position, ideally in the retail and luxury goods sectors. You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, your dynamism and your ability to implement, analyze and deliver results.

Strong negotiation skills, customer awareness and an analytical mind are essential. You will be able to react quickly and make proposals, while showing initiative and team spirit.
