Associate - Lender Finance

The Associate in the Lender Finance Group analyzes, evaluates, underwrites, and assists in structuring and closing potential real estate asset-based lending opportunities. Working independently with limited day-to-day supervision and closely with Investment Officers on new transactions, the Associate focuses on valuation, financial analysis, modeling, research, site due diligence, and credit application preparation.

Performs all duties in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates.
