Description As an Artificial Intelligence Engineer, you will help implement processes and ensure that bots meet clients’ needs.

Responsibilities

Design and implement efficient processes to route bot users to business-side experts, ensuring a seamless connection and user experience. Recommend and implement strategies to increase bot engagement and adoption, promoting the bot as a preferred communication channel. Improve the bot experience by analyzing user feedback, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing necessary improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and subject matter expertise, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available to the bot. Manage a portion of incoming inquiries, providing customer support and resolving questions through automated bot systems.

Requirements

Strong experience in bot development. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role. Familiarity with chatbot systems and their functionalities is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to work with clients across the organization. Proficiency in customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
