Shop Associate

Position Overview

Help keep our Shop running smoothly! The Shop Assistant supports daily shop operations while also playing a key role in inventory control, organization, shipping and receiving, and building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Organize and manage inventory of materials and parts Handle shipping and receiving of materials, tools, and equipment Maintain an orderly, clean, and safe work environment Perform basic facility maintenance and upkeep Support local deliveries and pickups for the service department using company vehicles Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and accurate deliveries and material handling Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe workplace Qualifications Experience: Prior experience in construction, metalworking, or a related field preferred Minimum Age: Must be at least 18 years old Education: High school diploma or GED required Physical Requirements: Must be capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Pre-Employment: Must pass a drug screening & motor vehicle check Schedule Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Paid overtime may be required depending on workload
