Action Property Management, the leader in community management, is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join our team at our located in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the community’s aesthetic standards and governing documents by conducting regular property inspections and documenting violations. This role plays a key part in upholding the quality, safety, and overall appearance of the community. The ideal candidate is observant, detail-oriented, and comfortable engaging with residents in a courteous and professional manner.

Compensation

$30.00 per hour + Monthly Car Allowance Schedule: Monday- Friday; 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
