We are seeking a punctual individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited for an opportunity to provide a guest with an experience that is beyond their expectations and creates guests for life. This individual will perform duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating, garnishing of cooked items, and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu items.

The Lead Line Cook is experienced in all areas of the kitchen and in the absence of the sous chef and restaurant chef, they would be able to maintain and run the kitchen.
