The PACE Transportation Scheduling Coordinator is a critical, 100% office-based role responsible for overseeing and managing daily transportation logistics for Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) participants. Working closely with our multidisciplinary team, you will handle driver routes, real-time dispatch adjustments, and administrative support to ensure safe, timely transport for local seniors.
