What You’ll Do As a Production Associate, you’ll help keep our operation running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Operating production machinery and equipment Moving and handling steel materials Assisting with machine setups Inspecting products for quality Packaging materials for shipment Maintaining a clean and safe work area Identifying and reporting equipment or quality concerns Working as part of a team to meet production goals What We’re Looking For We’re looking for dependable people who take pride in their work and want to build a long-term career.

Successful candidates should have: A reliable work history and strong work ethic A safety-first mindset Willingness to learn and be trained Basic math skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
