Sales Trainee

Sales Trainee Position: We are seeking motivated individuals for an outside sales trainee position. This is a seasonal opportunity designed for college students or graduating class, entry-level candidates interested in gaining hands-on experience in customer acquisition, and direct outside sales. This role offers structured sales training, performance-based compensation, and professional development in a competitive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct door-to-door sales in assigned residential areas Generate leads and acquire new customers Present and explain company services to homeowners Close sales and manage follow-ups Meet or exceed weekly sales goals Attend team meetings and ongoing sales training Schedule Full/part-time (20-40 hours per week) Monday–Friday Seasonal summer position Top performers will be offered continued employment Compensation Hourly Rate: $20.
