Product Designer Intern

Job Description: Overview Our summer internship program offers hands-on, direct project ownership and exposure to operational excellence. As a Product Design Intern, you will be assigned a primary Capstone Project to design or redesign Rogue product(s). You'll kick off with comprehensive hands-on operational training, participate in weekly Q&A sessions with leadership across the business, enjoy team outings (like a Columbus Clippers game), and present your final project deliverables directly to Rogue’s Leadership Team.

Alongside the capstone work, interns participate in routine departmental tasks, attend team meetings, and work cross-functionally to gain a practical understanding of Rogue workflows and business operations.
