Marketing Technology Coordinator

Advenir Azora is looking for a Marketing Technology Coordinator to own our property technology ecosystem after launch. You’ll be the operational steward for the platforms our marketing, leasing, and operations teams rely on every day, including EliseAI, Tour24, SOCi, and the marketing side of Entrata. That means configuring and administering them, keeping integrations healthy, supporting users, and driving adoption across our portfolio.

This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and works closely with Operations, Marketing, IT, Revenue Management, property teams, and technology vendors. What You’ll Do Platform Administration Serve as system administrator for assigned Prop. Tech platforms, managing configuration standards, property setup, user access, roles, permissions, templates, and routing rules Administer Entrata’s marketing capabilities and related integrations, simplifying workflows while protecting data integrity Maintain inventories of platforms, integrations, licenses, configurations, and vendor contacts Follow change-control, access-review, privacy, and security practices in partnership with IT Implementations and Integrations Lead technical implementation and onboarding for new platforms across acquisitions, lease-ups, and stabilized communities Translate business requirements into configuration plans, test scripts, schedules, and cutover checklists Configure and validate lead routing, source attribution, feeds, APIs, webhooks, SSO, and phone/chat/tour connections Set up UTM parameters, tracking codes, and vanity phone numbers to support accurate attribution and reporting Own system and integration testing, facilitate user acceptance testing, and manage post-launch stabilization Support and Adoption Provide tiered user support: triage issues, reproduce defects, manage vendor escalations, and confirm resolution Manage Prop.

Tech support tickets through our internal support portal Monitor system health, including failed feeds, broken routing, and permission issues, and fix root causes Build and maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and training materials Partner with Learning and Development to deliver role-based training and office hours Report monthly and quarterly on implementations, support volume, resolution time, integration health, and adoption What You Bring Hands-on experience with system configuration, permissions, data mapping, lead routing, integrations, testing, and vendor escalation Multifamily or property technology experience strongly preferred Working knowledge of Entrata marketing capabilities preferred; familiarity with EliseAI, Tour24, SOCi, or comparable platforms is a plus Ability to turn business needs into controlled technical changes, and to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users Strong project management, troubleshooting, documentation, and training skills Advenir Azora Living is an equal opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace, committed to diversity and inclusion.
