Debt Recovery Assistant - 12 month fixed term contract

Are you organised, detail-oriented and confident communicating with others? Join Barbon Insurance Group and help our Debt Recovery Team recover costs arising from rent guarantee claims. What you’ll do: Manage recovery payments, invoices, enquiries and correspondence. Work with the Claims and Finance teams to support successful recoveries.

Prioritise and allocate tasks, maintain accurate records and prepare cases for pre-litigation assessment. Liaise with external recovery providers by reviewing cases to determine appropriate enforcement steps, responding to relevant enquiries and submitting work to them on a bulk basis. What we’re looking for: Strong administration and organisational skills.

Excellent communication and attention to detail. The ability to manage competing priorities and follow regulatory requirements.
