APARTMENT LEASING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED! Tax Credit/LIHTC experience is a PLUS! Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS! WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Greet prospects, conduct engaging apartment tours, and close leases. Convert phone inquiries and online leads into scheduled tours. Process rental applications, verifications, and leasing paperwork.

Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate traffic and leasing records. Assist with resident relations, retention, and daily leasing office operations. Maintain knowledge of property availability, pricing, specials, and competitors. Support outreach marketing and help achieve occupancy goals. Inspect vacant apartments for move-in readiness and maintain community appeal.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous apartment leasing experience REQUIRED – NO EXCEPTIONS! Strong sales, closing, and customer service skills. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent communication. Experience with property management software preferred. Tax Credit/LIHTC experience a plus. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
