Before/After School Counselor 2026-2027 Location: Grandview YMCA (Millbrook, AL) Job Description We are seeking responsible and enthusiastic Before and After School Counselors for the 2026-2027 school year in Millbrook, AL. The ideal candidates will have a passion for working with children and creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment before and after school hours.

Responsibilities

Supervise and engage with children during before and after school programs. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care. Organize and lead age-appropriate activities and games. Maintain a positive and supportive environment for all participants. Assist with setup and cleanup of program areas.

Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years old. Responsible, dependable, and punctual. Genuine love for working with children. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
