Schedule: Full Time: 6:00am – 2:30pm, Monday – Friday Position Summary: LECO’s Ceramic facility, located in Benton Harbor, is looking for a Ceramics Slip Cast Operator. This is a first shift position, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM, with overtime as needed. Position Responsibilities: Must be able to read Blueprints Possess the ability to mix batches of material Pour molds Load kilns Machine parts to print specifications Use measuring tools Inspect parts that they manufacture Assembly and final pack Perform other duties as requested by supervisor or group leader Approve records indicated by process or record Position Requirements: Work with minimum supervision Basic Quality Skills class Must follow all department procedures Education/Certifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent EOE M/F/VET/Disability
