Job description
Highlights of your role: To provide quality patient care with the collaboration of physicians and registered nurses. The LPN is responsible to assess and document findings in the patient's chart. They will collaborate assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care needs on an individual basis with the RN charge nurse. Responsible for communication and documentation involving the patient, significant others, and healthcare providers to coordinate optimal care.
