Environmental Services - Maintenance Supervisor

Eagle Crest Communities: Onalaska, WI Maintenance Supervisor Full-Time: 80 hours per 2 week pay period Primarily Monday – Friday; participates in the on-call maintenance rotation Maintenance Supervisor Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a skilled individual to join our maintenance department as the Maintenance Supervisor on our Onalaska and Holmen campuses.

The successful individual will be responsible for not only the maintenance of our community, but also directing, managing, and training maintenance & housekeeping employees, ensuring a safe and secure environment, consistent with regulations and established best practices. What You’ll Do Primary responsibilities include preventive maintenance, projects and repairs as needed by staff and residents Work with safety/security systems such as fire alarms, fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, and door entry locks.

Ensure compliance with local and state building and life safety codes What You’ll Need Maintenance experience in hospitality setting preferred 3-5 years experience with physical plants and their systems such as HVAC, electrical and plumbing desired A background or knowledge of State and Federal Life Safety Codes, a plus 1-3 years supervisory experience is preferred Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record High school diploma or equivalent required.

Related degree and/or college level technical courses beneficial.
