Personal Care Assistant (PCA) � Full-Time Position Type: 10-Month, Full-Time (7.0 hours/day) Start Date: 2026�2027 School Year Compensation: $14.06/hour minimum (higher rate based on experience) Differential: +$2.50/hour for Autistic Support placements Location: Multiple District Buildings Job Summary Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) provide direct academic guidance, behavioral support, and personal care (including hygiene, toileting, and mobility assistance) to individual students under the direction of classroom and learning support teachers.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED with a passing score on the CAPE test (can be taken after hire) OR two (2) years of post-secondary education. Physical & Technical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and basic computer literacy. Skills: Excellent communication, strong organization, and a supportive, service-oriented approach.
