Sr Risk Analyst

The Senior Risk Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization's enterprise risk management, insurance programs, claims administration, compliance reporting, and business continuity efforts. This role serves as a key liaison among operations, finance, legal, human resources, safety, insurance brokers, and third-party administrators to ensure effective management of risk exposures and insurance-related activities.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in risk management, insurance, finance, accounting, compliance, or a related field and brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Salary range: $97,000-105,000 plus 10% bonus Remote hires may be required to travel to our headquarters in Ankeny, IA (company paid) on their first day for orientation.
