Position Summary

The Senior Safety & Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing safety, facility maintenance, and equipment reliability within the fulfillment center. This role partners with Operations and Human Resources to maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment while minimizing equipment downtime and facility disruptions.

Safety & Compliance

Lead and maintain the facility’s safety programs and initiatives. Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations. Conduct routine safety inspections and identify potential hazards. Investigate workplace incidents, injuries, and near misses and implement corrective actions.
