Business Analyst

Your responsibilities
Gathering and clarifying business requirements with key stakeholders. Translating business needs into functional requirements, use cases and specifications for technical teams and IT architects. Providing functional support to the client within the Fixed Network Wholesale area. Analyzing and documenting business processes , including process modelling in BPMN.
Acting as a bridge between business and IT teams , ensuring clear communication and alignment on requirements.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the telecommunications industry , ideally within Fixed Network Wholesale. Good understanding of telecom/network concepts , preferably including Bitstream Access, HFC and GPON. Strong requirements gathering, functional analysis and process modelling skills , with experience using Jira and Confluence.
Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. Proactive and independent approach , with the ability to gather missing information and work with limited guidance. Fluent Polish and English , enabling confident day-to-day communication with local and international stakeholders. Availability to work onsite in Warsaw 1–2 days per week or willingness to travel regularly.
