Field Service Technician

We're looking for a hands-on Field Service Technician who enjoys solving mechanical challenges, working directly with customers, and making an impact in the field.

What You'll Do

Install, repair, splice, and service conveyor belts and related equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues. Perform preventive and emergency maintenance activities. Support customer maintenance teams during planned and unplanned service work. Travel to customer locations to perform on-site service and repairs.

Maintain accurate service documentation and work records. Deliver safe, professional, and customer-focused service.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability. Experience in industrial maintenance, field service, manufacturing, conveyor systems, or related trades preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license. Ability to travel and work overtime when needed. Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
