Customer Growth Associate BS/MS Intern, 2027 (Multiple Languages)

Minimum qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in the EMEA region.
• Relevant practical or internship experience in digital sales, client management, customer service, business development, customer outreach, marketing, consulting, digital advertising or a related field.
• Ability to communicate in English and one other EMEA regional market language (German, Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish, or Polish) to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in your penultimate/final year of education.

• Relevant practical or internship experience managing a portfolio or working against assigned customer goals (e.g., business growth, customer success metrics, outreach goals, etc.).

• Relevant practical or internship experience with Google Ads and online advertising.

• Ability to complete a 13 week full-time internship in Ireland starting in either May, June or July 2027.

• Passion for sales and technology to help businesses grow online.

Customer Growth Associates are the promoters who serve as the advocate of Google.

Customer Growth Associates establish relationships by conducting regular phone consultations and pitches with a large portfolio of clients. They promote solutions, manage partnerships and provide analysis to deliver successful business outcomes. Customer Growth Associates uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and achieve their marketing goals while driving incremental agreements through our advertising solutions.
