Job description

About Landing Since 2019, Landing has built the largest flexible living network in the country: thousands of fully furnished apartments in 35+ markets, with no deposits and no hassle. We work in the real world, where things move fast, priorities shift, and no two days look the same.

About the role

Ohio is one of our fastest-growing markets, and we’re expanding the team to keep up with demand. You’ll own a segment of our Ohio properties from end to end: member experience, property partnerships, housekeeping vendors, maintenance, and unit quality. If you’ve worked in a hotel, a short-term rental portfolio, or another high-volume hospitality operation, this work will feel familiar.

The difference is scope. You won’t run one property. You’ll run a whole market segment, and you’ll help write the playbook as you go. You’ll do well here if you like a fast pace, make good calls when you don’t have all the information, put the member experience first, and enjoy building systems while you use them. What you’ll own Reservations: Manage bookings across Landing’s platform and OTA partners like Airbnb and Booking.

com. Member experience: Own the journey from booking to checkout, including inquiries, tickets and escalations across multiple channels. Partnerships: Build strong relationships with property management teams and housekeeping partners. Operations: Coordinate reservations and escalate maintenance issues with property teams so every unit is ready and up to standard.

Growth: Onboard, set up and launch new properties in your segment. Performance: Track and improve market KPIs (NPS, CSAT, cleaning quality, growth) and report results to your Hub Manager. What we’re looking for Hospitality experience in hotel operations, short-term or vacation rental management, or another high-volume guest-facing operation.

You know how to work when guests can’t wait. Real ownership: You’ve run a market, property or operation with autonomy and made the decisions yourself, not just carried out someone else’s. Organization and follow-through: This role comes with a lot of tickets, and you close the loop on every one. Calm under pressure: When three things are urgent at once, you know which one to handle first.

Comfort with ambiguity: We’re a growth-stage company, and the answer isn’t always written down. You figure it out and then write it down for the next person. Schedule and availability Core hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Because this is a guest-facing role, you’ll sometimes need to be available on evenings, weekends and holidays, especially during busy times like month-end and high-volume check-in periods.

What we offer

Our Field Operations management team is built almost entirely from internal promotions. We want you to grow with us. Competitive pay: $60,000–$68,000 base salary (based on experience), plus a performance bonus of up to 20% of base and a $6,600 annual vehicle and cell stipend. Equity: Stock options. Full benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, disability, mental health, pet and commuter benefits, plus FSA or HSA options.

Financial wellness: 401(k) plan and access to ImmediatePay. Time to recharge: A generous paid time off policy. Travel perk: $750 each year in Landing Stays. Landing is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, and related conditions), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, military service or obligation, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
