Program Manager

*Developmental Disabilities/Program Manager Do you enjoy working with people with developmental disabilities? Do you have experience with supervising staff, managing residential programs, overseeing people with special needs, and experience with licensing standards? You will add value by: Leading and guiding residential staff in assessing individual strengths and needs Being a part of creating a safe and positive environment for the individuals in the residence Modeling and supervising positive staff communication/written and verbal Performing supervisory duties Adhering to the agency policies and procedures and state licensing requirements The development and implementation of individual habilitation plans We have homes in South New Jersey area you would be responsible for one of the following which are located in CAMDEN County and BURLINGTON County.

Requirements
