Regional Property Manager - Affordable Housing

The Regional Property Manager has a primary objective of providing effective, professional management and sound leadership to the property management team in their assigned portfolio. RPM will manage and guide their team in all aspects of property management to include, but not limited to, financial performance, digital and local outreach marketing, community engagement, resident satisfaction and retention, fair housing, affordable housing compliance, software data integrity, team building, employee development and mentorship, and timely reporting to asset management, principals, state/federal agencies, and investors.
